Here is an idea of what foods are available for vegetarians. We will focus on 3 great go-to vegetarian foods; Italian, Indian, and Thai.
Today we are in Italy. The vegetarian foods available include:
- pasta dishes
- pizza
Travelling around India, you will be spoilt for choice of vegetarian foods. Some of the dishes available include:
- vegetable pulaw (a great winter, homely feeling dish)
- vegetable curry
- paneer makhni (cheese in a tomato based soup)
- dhal and rice (lentil)
When in Thailand, look out for great dishes which have tofu/ vegetarian options, such as:
- baa mee prik pow with tofu
- Thai spiced freshly made ramen noodles, with peanut paste
- traditional Thai green curry, made with coconut milk
